CHIDIST

Description

Returns the right-tailed probability of a chi-square distribution. The χ2 distribution is related to the χ2 test. The χ2 test compares observed and expected values. For example, in a genetic experiment, you might predict that the next generation of plants will have flowers of a certain color. By comparing the observed results with the expected results, you can determine whether the original prediction is valid.

Examples

CHIDIST(INF, 30) = NAN

CHIDIST(NAN) = NAN
